Home Help Ready Program
Home helps ready distressed properties for free or low cost. Our organization may supply materials or labor, based on the job -- possibly both. How the process is conducted consists of (2) jobsite visits. One visit assesses and measures project work expectations, budget, site, plus supplies. The second visit's goal is to complete project.
Who qualifies for the home help ready program?
Home owners and tenants can apply. Tenants must have notarized home owner authorization. Applicant must send in pictures via form of the repairs required and sign the income declaration form confirming earnings below $60,000 annually.

Painting
A house painter or decorator can cost $300+ to paint a room not including the paint. Our volunteer tradesman are responsible for the painting and for utiilizing the donated materials to help your home look beautiful. The better a home looks the better individuals tend to treat it. Love where you live.

Flooring
Water can damage flooring, buckling, support. floods by having durable floors. Thankfully we received multiple donations of tile and trim available for applicants.

Landscaping
The exterior of a home is just as important as the interior. On aThis option is good for elderly, disabled, and veterans. Monthly mowing or shoveling get scheduled in for help today in maintaining your home at NO cost. Limited availability remaining. Let's fix that broken fence or tidy up that sidewalk. This option also includes sidewalk trash removal.

Hoarding
Are you or a loved one unable to utilize your home due to hoarding? Is your home a safety hazard? Contact us or refer someone for hoarding organizational services. Our goal is to find ways to make space and save belongings.
